All Content accessed through this site is the Intellectual Property of BuildYourCakes. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, nonexclusive, revocable license to access the Site. However, users on the [PRO/PAID TIER] are granted a commercial license to use the images and specification exports generated by the tool for the purpose of client presentations and business operations.

Section 7 – Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account or the same credit card. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers.

Section 8 – Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as 3D rendering engines or payment processors). We provide access to such tools "as is" without any warranties.

If you send us creative ideas or suggestions, we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, and distribute them. We are under no obligation to pay compensation for any comments.

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site: (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape content from our 3D library; (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service.

In no case shall BuildYourCakes be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, lost profits or structural failure of a physical cake designed using our tools).
